REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (sample packs, presets, Notion templates, and similar downloadable items) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, contact info@charliecrown.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

Expired Download Links

Download links expire 48 hours after they are issued. If your link has expired before you were able to download, email info@charliecrown.com with your order confirmation and we will reissue a new link at no charge.

Physical Merchandise

Merch items are printed on demand. We accept exchange requests for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues on print-on-demand items. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via Cal.com. Missed sessions without advance notice are forfeited.
